DOUBLE GIRDER OVER HEAD CRANES: Pioneer Double Girder over head Cranes just fulfill the needs of the Steel Furnace, Papermills, Pipe mills and heavy Engineering Industries. We also manufacture Can Unloader for Sugar Mills.
Single Girder Cranes:
It is the most economic solution in the building with a span over 90 ft. Single Girder Cranes
are generally used for load capacities upto 10 Tons and spans up to 90 ft. The hoists travels
on the bottom flange of the girders.

BLOCK MASTER
Hydraulic Concrete Block Making Machines
In todays high labour cost concrete blocks are the real answer for the builders to cut down the
labour cost to quicken the construction. The principle of this machine is egg laying type. The
machine lays the blocks on concrete floor and moves forward. The blocks are left at its original
position for 24 hours approximatey and are then sent for curing. Curing is mostly done in water
tank. The blocks can be sold in the market after curing about 14 to 28 days. Steam curing method
can also be adopted.
